What if I typed in a fake email address

How can I change or cancel an order?

When will you take my order?


All orders are processed and shipped by the warehouse. Please remember to allocate extra time during holidays and sales seasons to process your orders.

We process orders from Monday to Friday. Orders will be processed within 2 to 3 business days and then delivered after hands-on day. Please note that we do not deliver goods on weekends

Have you paid your taxes?

Prices posted on the website are set in US dollars, which means you may be subject to duties and taxes upon receipt of your order.
When your order arrives at its final destination, shipping taxes and other duties set by the local customs authorities may be levied.
It is your responsibility to pay all these fees and taxes, not ours. Customs cannot be responsible for delays in your country. For more details about the fees, please ask at your local customs office.

How would you like me to return it?


If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return the item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Please tell us your order number and your reason for returning. My customer service team will carefully consider such requests
